Delete from the app

Open Workloop and go to Business > Settings > Privacy & data > Delete account. Review the warning and confirm the request. Workloop will show when the protected deletion request has been created.

Request deletion outside the app

Email support@workloop.uk from the email address used for your Workloop account with the subject “Workloop account deletion request”. Include your business name or public handle so we can locate the correct account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting.

What is deleted

Completion removes your Workloop authentication account and workspace, including business profile, services, working hours, clients, bookings, tasks and checklists, notes, income, expenses, settings, and linked operational records.

What may remain

Limited non-identifying security audit information, records required by law, and encrypted backups awaiting normal expiry may remain for only as long as necessary. Once deletion is completed, workspace data cannot be restored.
