A few things you may want to know.

Workloop is for anyone who works for themselves, by themselves, and manages clients, bookings and day-to-day admin. Examples include mobile valeters and detailers, cleaners, tradespeople, tutors, photographers, barbers and beauty professionals.

It can replace some of the switching between your calendar, client list, notes, task app and money tracker. It is not trying to replace specialist accounting software or every tool you use.

It includes booking and client tools, but Workloop is broader than either one. It connects the client, booking, work, payment and next steps so the full day makes sense in one place.

Yes. You can share a public Workloop page where a customer chooses a service and preferred time. It stays a request until you accept it, so you remain in control. The customer receives a confirmation email once the booking is confirmed.

Yes. Tasks and notes sit beside your schedule in Work. They can also keep useful client or booking context, which makes it easier to follow things up.

Money shows payments needing attention, received income, recorded expenses and net profit, followed by recent activity and planning tools. Invoices, spending and amounts owed have their own views. Net profit means recorded income minus recorded expenses; it is separate from your tax estimate. Workloop does not replace formal bookkeeping or bank reconciliation.

Yes. Reuse client and service details, create an itemised quote or invoice, and preview its PDF in Workloop before sharing. Record a quote’s acceptance and turn it into an invoice draft. Request a fixed or percentage deposit on the same invoice, then track payments and the remaining balance. Requesting a deposit does not count it as received.

Yes. Create a series of up to 24 visits, repeating every one to four weeks. Each visit can be moved or cancelled separately. Repeat series have a defined end rather than continuing indefinitely.

Attach a receipt photo or PDF to an expense. Workloop reads it on your device and lets you review suggested details before applying them. Open the saved receipt in the app and keep control of the expense category. Business mileage has its own journey records and CSV export.

Eligible sole traders in England, Wales and Northern Ireland can plan for 2026/27 using reviewed annual figures. The estimate covers Income Tax, Class 4 National Insurance and money still to set aside. It does not support Scotland, limited companies, VAT-registered businesses or every income and relief situation. The app checks eligibility and explains its scope. It does not file a return with HMRC.

Workloop supports card payment links through Stripe for eligible businesses with an active, verified connected account. Availability is shown in the app, and Stripe’s fees and account requirements apply. Sending a link is not the same as receiving payment. Workloop app access is separate from payment-processing fees.

Yes. Add camera photos, pictures or files to bookings, clients and notes. Supported images, PDFs and text open inside Workloop, so reference files and before-and-after photos stay with the right record.

Workloop includes Business overview, Cashflow forecast, Money received, Spending, Bookings, Service performance, Client activity, Money owed to you, and Work & follow-ups. Choose a period, including custom dates, and export a PDF summary or spreadsheet. Reports reflect the records you have entered.

Review expected money over a future period using recorded activity, starting cash and weekly-cost assumptions. It is a planning projection, not a bank feed or a guarantee that customers will pay on time.

No. Workloop prepares a booking reminder that you check and send in WhatsApp. Automatic email reminders have separate settings. Customer replies stay in your email or messaging app; there is no customer chat inbox in Workloop.

The tour uses the current Workloop interface with an Element Car Care account snapshot. Customer information is anonymised. Screens illustrate how the app works, rather than a promise of business results. The latest tour may include improvements newer than your installed build.

Workloop includes contact import and deliberate calendar import and export tools. It does not currently keep your calendar in sync automatically in both directions.

Free to use during early access. No subscription or payment details are needed for Workloop app access. We’ll explain any future paid plan before you choose it. Existing beta testers keep Workloop free for life. Joining the launch list does not create an account or start a subscription.

Existing beta testers keep Workloop free for life. This applies to the existing beta cohort, not new launch-list signups. Keep using the same Workloop account so your access stays connected to you.

Yes. Workloop is available free on Google Play for Android users in the UK while early access is open. Public iPhone access is coming soon. Join the iPhone launch list for availability updates; signing up does not activate a paid subscription.

No. Joining the launch list does not start a trial or subscription, and free early access does not require payment details for app access. We will make any future paid subscription clear before a charge begins.

Not at the moment. Workloop is deliberately built for the solo owner, so staff rostering, payroll and team permissions are outside the current product.
