Coffee first. Then a quick look at Today.
Check today’s bookings, tasks needing attention and any unpaid balances. You know the shape of the day before the coffee is finished.
A DAY WITH WORKLOOP
Coffee, clients, supplies and jobs. Less to keep in your head.
A day in a solo service business, illustrated with Element Car Care’s Workloop. Get ready, do the work, get paid and know what comes next. The example below shows how you could use the app, rather than a record of a particular day.
A quick stop for supplies.
Pick up the supplies, tick off the task and attach the receipt to the expense. Review any suggested details before saving.
One call before setting off.
Open the booking, check the details and call the customer directly from Workloop. No searching through old messages for their number.
Arrive with the useful details already together.
The service, time, address and client notes are there when you need them. You can focus on the work instead of rebuilding the plan.
First job done.
Complete the booking, create its invoice if needed, and record money only when it arrives. The client history and remaining balance stay connected.
On to the next customer.
The next booking has its own notes, tasks and details. Each job starts with the right context rather than another search.
Finish the day without carrying it home.
Check money received, spending and payments still owed. Review tomorrow’s visits and log any business mileage before closing the day.
THE WHOLE DAY, CONNECTED
Workloop stays useful without taking over.
A quick check in the morning. The right detail before a job. A task ticked off on the move. A clear finish at the end of the day.
Current Workloop app rendered with an Element Car Care account snapshot. Customer details are anonymised.
